F.lli Mongardini firm, from Velletri, has been one of the first users of the new KIT 6 Plug & Play CNC on a NOAT, Mistral model.
Here Mr. Ferruccio’s impressions, a CNC technician since 10 years:
“KIT 6 Plug & Play CNC had already astonished me during the demonstration given by Mr. Marcotulli, here in our building.
Today, after having used it intensely, I can confirm to have solved many problems, such us:
- easy and quick installation and setting (max 10 minutes), thanks to the provided parametric card;
- once the KIT is set, it remains steady and doesn’t need any further adjustments, as other tools on the market; that makes you get a perfect profile, maintaining the same geometry and the TRUELIFE, polishing wheels, work at their best, thanks to the profile non-deformability.
Moreover, the position 1 granite – OMASINT – grindes at once all kinds of granite, even the most irksome and has a great cutting speed, in fact, this tool cuts so well that the spindle has a minimum electrical input, like if it idled.
In my opinion, these are the main pluses, I have to admit that the KIT saves big surprises to all users and an output of extraordinary polishing.
